World number two Jannik Sinner of Italy and American fifth seed Jessica Pegula won on Saturday to reach the third round at the ATP and WTA Miami Open. The 24-year-old Italian and reigning Wimbledon champion dispatched 76th-ranked Damir Dzumhur of Bosnia and Herzegovina 6-3, 6-3 on the Florida hardcourts.
