WINDHOEK, 17 April 2026 - ENERGY SECURITY: NamPower has listed a N.dollars 5 billion Domestic Medium-Term Note (DMTN) programme on the Namibia Securities Exchange (NSX). 

The programme, arranged in partnership with Cirrus Securities and Nedbank Namibia, provides the state-owned utility with flexible access to domestic debt capital markets to fund planned infrastructure and energy projects. 

The listing, celebrated on Thursday at the Cirrus Investor Conference, enables the issuance of green and sustainable notes aligned with international benchmarks.
