Austrian inflation picks up slightly to 2.2% in February

Vienna (dpa-AFX) - Austria's consumer price inflation edged higher in February from a 13-month low recorded in January, according to a flash estimate released by Statistics Austria on Tuesday. The consumer price index rose 2.2% year on year in February, up from 2% the previous month. The rate now stands slightly above the European Central Bank's 2% stability target. The uptick was driven mainly by stronger services inflation, with costs rising 4%......
