Defaulters owe CoW over N.dollars 800 million in municipal debt

WINDHOEK, 03 MAR (NAMPA) – Residents of Windhoek owe the municipality over N.dollars 800 million in outstanding payments for water, rates, taxes and electricity accounts, accumulated over the years.
This was disclosed by Lydia Amutenya, spokesperson for the City of Windhoek (CoW), during a recent interview with Nampa regarding city operations, service delivery and financial affairs.
