SWAKOPMUND, 03 MAR (NAMPA) – Nationwide consultations are underway to revise Namibia’s Early Childhood Development (ECD) policy as Government prepares to formally transfer the ECD mandate to the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sport, Arts and Culture (MEIYSAC).
The review process is grounded in the Basic Education Act (Act 3 of 2020), which provides that the ECD policy must be developed and administered under the education ministry. Th...
