Independence Day celebrations to be held in all 14 regions

WINDHOEK, 03 MAR (NAMPA) - Namibia’s 2026 Independence Day celebrations will be held simultaneously across all 14 regions, marking a departure from previous years when commemorations were hosted in a single region or town.
The announcement was made on Monday by Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus, on behalf of President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah.
