WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) - Polling stations in various constituencies in Windhoek recorded low turnouts in the sunny afternoon during the ongoing regional and local authorities elections on Wednesday.
Speaking to Nampa, presiding officer at Mix Settlement polling station in the Windhoek Rural Constituency, Emilia Ndemueeda, said a total of about 200 voters had cast their votes by midday, with voter traffic slowing down.
