OMUTHIYA, 26 NOV (NAMPA) - The Regional Councils and Local Authorities elections in the Oshikoto Region continued to run smoothly with minimal disruptions by midday on Wednesday.
Speaking at Ontananga Combined School in the Olukonda Constituency, the Namibian Police Force's Oshikoto Regional Commander, Commissioner Ndafudha Iifo, said police teams visiting various polling stations had not recorded any irregularities or problems.
