ECN confirms orderly start to voting across the country

WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – The seventh Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections commenced without incident across Namibia on Wednesday, with all 4 827 polling stations opening on time.
This was announced by the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) Chairperson, Elsie Nghikembua, during a midday briefing at the ECN Results Centre in Windhoek.
