ARANDIS, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – Residents of Swakopmund and Arandis shared their expectations and hopes as they cast their ballots in the ongoing Regional Councils and Local Authorities elections.
Some residents highlighted the need for improved service delivery, youth empowerment and sustained efficiency in the voting process.
