OUTJO, 26 NOV (NAMPA) - The Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections are proceeding smoothly without any challenges in the Outjo, Khorixas and Kamanjab Constituencies in the Kunene Region.
Returning Officer for the local authority elections in Outjo Constituency, Elrico Uirab, said all polling stations in the constituency have not raised any complaints so far.
He said Outjo Constituency has 11 000 registered voters.
