LUBUTA, 26 NOV (NAMPA) - Zambezi Governor Dorothy Kabula has called on elected councillors to deliver essential services to their communities.
Kabula was speaking at Lubuta polling station in the Judea Lyabboloma Constituency in the Zambezi Region, shortly after casting her vote in the Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections on Wednesday.
