MOSCOW, March 21 (RIA Novosti) - A civilian was killed in a Ukrainian drone attack in the Starodubsky district of Russia's Bryansk Region, Governor Alexander Bogomaz said on Saturday. "The Ukrainian armed forces attacked the village of Demyanki in the Starodubsky municipal district with kamikaze drones.
