'Foreigners out:' Outrage over racist chants at German teen disco

Potsdam, Germany (dpa) - Chants of "foreigners out" at a party for teenagers in eastern Germany have attracted widespread criticism. The head of the Elbe-Elster district, south of Berlin, on Saturday condemned the "racist slogans" in the strongest terms.
