Washington (dpa) - US President Donald Trump has praised NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in the highest terms. "I think he's fantastic," Trump said of Dutchman Rutte as he welcomed German Chancellor Friedrich Merz to the Oval Office on Tuesday.
