Washington (dpa) - US President Donald Trump criticized decisions taken by previous German chancellor Angela Merkel as incumbent Friedrich Merz visited the White House on Tuesday. "I had my differences with Angela. I said, 'you're hurting your country with immigration and you're hurting your country with energy,'" Trump said.
