WINDHOEK, 03 MAR (NAMPA) – The 2026/27 National Budget has been described as broadly responsive to social protection needs, but lacking in structural reforms required to decisively tackle youth unemployment, gender inequality and long-term income disparities.
This emerged during a budget analysis organised by the National Assembly and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung on Tuesday, where panellists assessed how the budget addresses social inequalities.
