GOBABIS, 11 FEB (NAMPA) - The Community Against Stocktheft Organisation (CASO) has condemned incidents of animal cruelty at Otjijarua village in the Epukiro Constituency of the Omaheke Region.
This follows an incident where a heifer returned home with a spear lodged through its body on Saturday.
The organisation’s spokesperson, Sandi Tjaronda, in an interview with Nampa on Wednesday condemned the incident, describing it as a barbaric act.
