KATIMA MULILO, 09 FEB (NAMPA) – The Namibian Police Force at Impalila Island registered an inquest docket on Monday after a 76-year-old French national died at the scene by drowning in the Zambezi River, when a boat she and others were aboard capsized.
According to a preliminary police report, the incident happened Monday morning at around 09h00 when seven tourists travelled from a lodge by boat for a village tour around Impalila Island.
