WINDHOEK, 11 FEB (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on Tuesday said Namibia’s foreign policy is increasingly being shaped by economic diplomacy, describing it as a central instrument for advancing the country’s national development objectives.
