OPUWO, 28 JAN (NAMPA) - Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus, has underscored the urgent need to improve network connectivity in the Kunene Region when she paid a courtesy call on Regional Governor Vipuakuje Muharukua on Wednesday.
Theofelus said available data shows that Kunene remains below the national average in terms of network coverage and access to digital services.
