KALKRAND, 28 JAN (NAMPA) – The Kalkrand Village Council’s Chief Executive Officer, Jan Herero, has expressed dissatisfaction with the road funding allocated to the council by the Road Fund Administration (RFA), saying it is insufficient to meet the village’s infrastructure needs.
