WINDHOEK, 28 JAN (NAMPA) – Public frustration has been mounting over the lack of visible progress at the Independence Stadium, with the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture attributing the prolonged delays to technical approval processes and land acquisition.
