WASHINGTON, January 28 (RIA Novosti) – US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Wednesday that Acting Venezuelan President Delcy Rodriguez pledged to end the country’s oil supplies to Cuba. “She has pledged to end Venezuela’s oil lifeline to the Cuban regime and to pursue national reconciliation with Venezuelans at home and abroad,” Rubio said in a written testimony before the US Senate....
