WINDHOEK, 26 JAN (NAMPA) - Police in Ondangwa are investigating a rape case after a 13-year-old boy allegedly raped a girl aged eight at Oshandubala village on Friday.
According to a weekly crime report issued by Namibian Police Force (NamPol) spokesperson, Deputy Commissioner Kauna Shikwambi, the girl went to play at a neighbour's house when the suspect took her to a separate room and allegedly raped her.
