MOSCOW, January 28 (RIA Novosti) - The head of the Russian delegation at the trilateral meeting in Abu Dhabi, chief of the Russian General Staff's Main Intelligence Directorate, Igor Kostyukov, will take part in talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Syrian President for transitional period Ahmed Sharaa in Moscow, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported on Wednesday.
