Belarus Repeatedly Proposed Talks to Poland, Baltic States - Security Council Secretary

MINSK, January 28 (RIA Novosti) - The Belarusian Foreign Ministry has repeatedly proposed negotiations to Poland and the Baltic states to defuse tensions, but has received no response, Belarusian Security Council State Secretary Alexander Volfovich said on Wednesday.
