WASHINGTON, January 28 (RIA Novosti) - US Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent said on Wednesday that rapper Nicki Minaj is going to deliver remarks later in the day on "Trump Accounts," a new federal investment program promoted by US President Donald Trump.
