FREETOWN, Jan. 28 (Xinhua) -- China Railway Seventh Group Co., Ltd. (CRSG), in collaboration with Zhengzhou Railway Technician College and Freetown Polytechnic, officially launched the Excellence Skills Academy on Tuesday in Sierra Leone's capital, Freetown.
