2 killed in shooting at U.S. block party

NEW YORK, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- Two were killed and 35 others were injured in a shooting at a neighborhood block party in the U.S. state of Georgia early Sunday, local authorities said. The shooting occurred around 1:25 a.m. (0525 GMT) in the southern Georgia city of Vienna, the State Bureau of Investigation said in a statement.
