MOSCOW, October 5 (RIA Novosti) - New Zealand has refused Canada’s invitation to join the Defence, Security and Resilience Bank (DSRB), the RNZ radio station reported on Monday, citing New Zealand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT). According to the ministry, New Zealand's initial contribution to the defense bank would have been 100 million New Zealand dollars ($56.1 million)​​​.
