Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and Flavio Bolsonaro will face each other in a runoff after neither candidate reached enough votes to win outright on Sunday. Right-wing senator Bolsonaro led Lula with 47.27 percent of votes compared with 44.88 percent for the leftist incumbent, with 98.64 percent of electronic ballot boxes counted. jss-cc/sla ...
