Brazil to Hold Runoff Presidential Election as None of Candidates Gains Over 50% of Votes

BUENOS AIRES, October 5 (RIA Novosti) - Brazil is expected to hold a runoff presidential election on October 25 as none of the candidates are receiving over 50% of the vote necessary to win in the first round, the Superior Electoral Court said on Monday.
