OTJIMANANGOMBE, 24 SEP (NAMPA) – Vice President Lucia Witbooi has pledged to seek support for the Lucia Witbooi Early Childhood Development (ECD) Centre at Otjimanangombe village, which currently accommodates 102 children under the care of two volunteer educators.
