WINDHOEK, 24 SEP (NAMPA) - Minister of Industries, Mines and Energy Modestus Amutse on Thursday urged Namibia to use the period before oil production to strengthen local businesses, develop skills and ensure petroleum wealth translates into tangible economic benefits for citizens.
