WINDHOEK, 24 SEP (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has welcomed the establishment of the Africa Credit Rating Agency (AfCRA), saying the initiative will enable the continent to take greater ownership of its development and prosperity agenda.
