NKURENKURU, 25 JUN (NAMPA) - Kavango West Regional Council Chairperson and Nkurenkuru Constituency Councillor Fillipus Tenga has called on leaders, stakeholders and communities to fully commit to implementing the region's new five-year strategic plan.
Speaking at the launch of the Kavango West Regional Council Strategic Plan for 2025–2030, Tenga warned that without collective action, the document would "remain just a piece of paper".
