WINDHOEK, 25 JUN (NAMPA) - The Khomas Region is establishing itself as a central hub for youth-driven economic development, as Governor Sam Shafiishuna Nujoma announced a new era of empowerment in his State of the Region Address on Thursday in Windhoek.
