TEL AVIV, April 10 (RIA Novosti) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Friday that it had eliminated more than 40 fighters of Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah and struck over 50 Hezbollah military infrastructure facilities in Lebanon over the past week.
