WINDHOEK, 10 APR (NAMPA) - Works and Transport Minister, Veikko Nekundi, has allocated 86.2 per cent, equivalent to N.dollars 1.7 billion, of the total N.dollars 2.07 billion budget for development investments, including upgrades to railway and road infrastructure.
