WINDHOEK, 10 APR (NAMPA) - Minister of Gender Equality and Child Welfare, Emma Kantema, has revealed that the biggest chunk of her ministry's budget went to the operational budget, which was allocated 93.6 per cent of the total budget, translating to N.dollars 402 million.
