WINDHOEK, 10 APR (NAMPA) – Cabinet has directed the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy to undertake a technical and financial assessment which will determine the investment required to stabilise and expand the infrastructure of the Northern Regional Energy Distributor (Nored).
