WASHINGTON, April 10 (RIA Novosti) - The United States Navy is inactivating the Los Angeles-class USS Boise nuclear-powered attack submarine after a decade of delays and costing $800 million, Semafor reported on Friday, citing Navy Secretary John Phelan.
