WINDHOEK, 18 MAR (NAMPA) – IPC member of Parliament Abed Hishoono on Tuesday criticised government’s 2026/27 budget priorities, saying allocations to the creative arts, youth development and higher education are inconsistent with long-standing policy commitments.
