MARIENTAL, 18 MAR (NAMPA) – Mariental Urban Constituency Councillor, Iswarin Rooi, says Independence Day is more than a celebration of freedom, describing it as a vital reminder of the responsibility leaders bear to ensure the benefits of sovereignty reach every household.
Rooi told Nampa in a recent interview the occasion underscores the need to translate political freedom into meaningful socio-economic development.
