WINDHOEK, 18 MAR (NAMPA) – Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) member of Parliament, Milunga Elvis Lizazi has raised concern over the underfunding of the Legal Aid Directorate, which has left many indigent citizens without legal representation.
He highlighted the directorate’s limited budget, stating that although the government aims to improve access to justice, funding has not aligned with policy changes.
