WINDHOEK, 18 MAR (NAMPA) – Republican Party (RP) deputy secretary-general Mathias Mbundu has criticised the 2025/2026 financial year's budget for not meeting the needs of the public.
Mbundu, while contributing to the budget debate in the National Assembly on Tuesday, said that should this trend continue, it will result in stagnant infrastructure and service delivery despite “on paper” allocated funds.
