OSHAKATI, 16 MAR (NAMPA) – Oshana Regional Governor, Hofni Iipinge on Monday officially announced the programme for this year’s regional Independence Day celebrations set to take place at the Independence Stadium at Oshakati on 21 March 2026.
Iipinge said his office is tasked by the central government to organise his region’s event, where residents of the 11 constituencies have been invited to attend.
