WINDHOEK, 25 FEB (NAMPA) – Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare has called for rapid transformation within the public service, saying innovation is central to Namibia’s economic growth, job creation and improved service delivery.
He said Namibia has entered a decisive phase that requires faster economic expansion, youth employment and greater accountability, adding that these goals cannot be achieved without transforming the way Government operates.
