WINDHOEK, 16 APR (NAMPA) - President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on Thursday advocated for equitable, mutually beneficial partnerships between Namibia and global oil majors, as offshore exploration gathers pace in the country’s emerging petroleum sector.
